We currently ship to:

• All major cities in India - Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, and more
• Metro areas - Same-day or next-day delivery available
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities - 2-5 business days delivery
• Rural areas - We deliver everywhere India Post reaches

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery

• Metro Cities: 1-2 business days
• Major Cities: 2-3 business days
• Other Cities: 3-5 business days
• Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

Express Delivery

• Same-Day: Available in select metro areas (order before 2 PM)
• Next-Day: Available in 50+ cities (order before 6 PM)

8. Delivery Attempts

• First Attempt: Delivery to your address
• Failed Delivery: SMS/call to reschedule
• Second Attempt: Next business day delivery
• Third Attempt: Package held at local delivery center for pickup
• After 7 Days: Package returned to Zentea warehouse

9. Special Circumstances

Weather & Natural Events

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

• Heavy rainfall, storms, or extreme weather
• Natural disasters or emergency situations
• Government restrictions or lockdowns

Festival Seasons

During peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, etc.), expect 1-2 additional business days for delivery.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is coming soon! Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we start global deliveries.

11. Damaged or Lost Packages

• Report damaged packages within 24 hours of delivery
• Take photos of damaged packaging and contents
• We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund
• Lost packages are investigated and resolved within 48 hours
