- Metro areas - Same-day or next-day delivery available
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities - 2-5 business days delivery
- Rural areas - We deliver everywhere India Post reaches

Standard Delivery
- Metro Cities: 1-2 business days
- Major Cities: 2-3 business days
- Other Cities: 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Express Delivery
- Same-Day: Available in select metro areas (order before 2 PM)
- Next-Day: Available in 50+ cities (order before 6 PM)

- Orders above ₹499 - Free standard delivery
- Orders above ₹999 - Free express delivery (where available)

11. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Report damaged packages within 24 hours of delivery
- Take photos of damaged packaging and contents
- We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund
