At Zentea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help with our flexible return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund if:

  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item or quantity
  • The tea doesn't match its description on our website
  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging (within 7 days of delivery)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened tea packages (for hygiene and quality reasons)
  • Custom or personalized tea blends
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at info@zenteapvtltd.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item(s) securely in original packaging
  5. Ship the return using the provided prepaid label (for eligible returns)

4. Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days to appear in your account
  • UPI/Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 7-10 business days

5. Partial Refunds

You may receive a partial refund for:

  • Items returned after 7 days (50% refund)
  • Items with minor packaging damage (75% refund)
  • Items returned without original packaging (60% refund)

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you'd prefer a different tea variant, we'll process an exchange at no additional cost (subject to availability).

7. Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items
  • Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)

8. Damaged or Lost Returns

If your return is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your refund.

9. Store Credit Option

Instead of a refund, you can choose store credit for 110% of your order value (valid for 1 year). This allows you to explore other teas in our collection!

10. Quality Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the quality or taste of your tea, contact us within 14 days. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or work with you to find a tea that suits your preferences.
