At Zentea, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we only accept returns if:

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

You notify us within 3 days of delivery


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Opened tea packs

Used products

Change-of-mind requests once the order has been shipped


Refund Process

If your item qualifies for a return or refund:

Our team will verify and approve the request within 24–48 hours.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


Return Shipping

If a return is required, we will either:

Arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable), or

Request you to self-ship and reimburse return shipping costs (upon valid proof)


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a wrong item, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
