• Where is my order?
  Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can also track your order at zenteapvtltd.com/track. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
• Can I pay cash on delivery?
  Yes. Cash on delivery is available on all ZenTea orders across India. No prepayment required.
• What if my order arrives damaged?
  We take full responsibility for damaged orders. WhatsApp us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement immediately.
• How do I return or get a refund?
  If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We offer full refunds on unopened packs and replacements on damaged ones.
• How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
  Log into your ZenTea account, go to Subscriptions, and pause or cancel anytime — no fees, no questions asked.
